User ID/PIN Error (within oZONE)

 

When prompted for a User ID and PIN request within oZONE, this is a glitch within the system and nothing can be entered to bypass the login -this screen should never be seen. If you are seeing this screen:

  1. Please try using the Firefox web browser (or Microsoft Edge)
  2. If Firefox is not available or working, try clearing the cache and cookies
  3. If the issue persists, contact us by phone or by using one of the links on the right.

Do not attempt to use your OU Username(4x4) and Password for the User ID and PIN. This may result in your account being locked.  If your account is locked, you need to call (405) 325-HELP(4357) to get it unlocked.

                                                

The issue typically occurs due to network or security/firewall settings, and often occurs repeatedly on work or government computers. Downloading and installing the OU VPN is recommend to prevent the error, and it is available from http://itstore.ou.edu.
