Outlook 2011 and 2016 (for Mac) Setup

Configuring Outlook 2011/2016

  1. Upon starting Outlook 2011 or 2016 for the first time the Welcome Screen will be shown.  Select Add Account. 
  2. In the Add Account window, choose to add an Exchange account.  Click the orange logo next to Exchange Account, or click the plus sign in the bottom left and select Exchange.
  3. In the Add Account window, enter the following information.
    • Email Address: your OU email address
    • Method: User Name and Password
    • Username: sooner\4x4
    • Password: OUNetID password
  4. Verify your account information at the Accounts screen.  Exit the Accounts screen to return to Outlook.
