Overview of Contour on Campus


Contour on Campus delivers Cox video streaming channels to OU utilizing the university’s Ethernet cable and/or wireless network. This service does not work from any network not associated with the university.

The service includes access to a campus‐specific channels including premium channels. Client devices include PC and Mac computers, iPads, iPhones and Android devices.

End users are limited to access live TV only within the campus Wi Fi area or while on the campus network. When accessing the application while off the campus network, live TV is not available. However, ends users will still be able to view the grid guide and set reminder messages.
 

PC/Mac Install

  1. Navigate to https://www.cox.com/business/tv/campus-connect.html
  2. Select your school from the drop down menu and where prompted.
  3. Enter your student credentials.
  4. Name your Device.
  5. Select Channel from Guide to watch TV.

Troubleshooting

If you have problems installing your Contour application or are receiving an error message, please call the OU Helpdesk at 325-HELP (4357).
