Zoom and MyMedia
Zoom is integrated with MyMedia, which allows Pro license holders to record their meetings and have them appear in their MyMedia account. How can I purchase Zoom?
Zoom has a free basic account with restrictions tied to it. A Pro or Education license can be purchased from OneNet at a discounted rate. Their basic account allows for up to 100 participant meetings, while limiting the meetings in length to 40 minutes. A Pro licenses allows for 100 participants and unlimited meeting duration. Pro also lets you run usage reports to learn how many meetings are taking place in your organization, which days, number of participants, number of meeting minutes and more. Pro also gives you the ability to record your meetings in the cloud and have them automatically appear within your MyMedia account.
